and for the market buying these when produced, it probably was.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.system11.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/mutant_night_bl_fix2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1911\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.system11.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/mutant_night_bl_fix2.jpg\" alt=\"mutant_night_bl_fix2\" width=\"1024\" height=\"738\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.system11.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/mutant_night_bl_fix2.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/blog.system11.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/mutant_night_bl_fix2-300x216.jpg 300w, https:\/\/blog.system11.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/mutant_night_bl_fix2-768x554.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>You can see in the above picture there&#8217;s obviously a Yamaha chip missing, plus the DAC, an op-amp and some support components.\u00a0 Luckily since the board really is a near perfect clone and the code is identical, it&#8217;s as simple as you might hope &#8211; just re-populate it.\u00a0 Here&#8217;s what you need to fit:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.system11.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/mutant_night_bl_fix3.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1912\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.system11.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/mutant_night_bl_fix3.jpg\" alt=\"mutant_night_bl_fix3\" width=\"1024\" height=\"738\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.system11.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/mutant_night_bl_fix3.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/blog.system11.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/mutant_night_bl_fix3-300x216.jpg 300w, https:\/\/blog.system11.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/mutant_night_bl_fix3-768x554.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<pre>A - Yamaha YM2203C\r\nB - Y3014 DAC (or B variant)\r\nC - 4558 op-amp\r\nD - 10uF 35v electrolytic capacitor (x2)\r\nE - 0.1uF (104) ceramic capacitor\r\nF - 2200pF (222) ceramic capacitor\r\nG - 4K7 resistor<\/pre>\n<p>Note that you should check exact component types and variants against the ones already in your PCB supporting the existing Y2203C &#8211;
